It's Christmas!

Tomorrow is Christmas. I have always loved Christmastime. I believe that the hope and love that the spirit of Christmas brings encourages people to have a better outlook on life. They realize the importance of friends and family. They see things in a new light. Miracles happen.

Welcome, one and all, to my brand new blog. I'll just be posting random stuff here and there when I happen to find the time. The title of the blog was inspired by one of my favorite characters, Pippin, from Tolkien's Lord of the Rings. Pippin is an adventurous, young hobbit, always wanting a bit more of something, whether he's allowed to have it or not. That's more or less what I hope to do with this blog: just give a little something extra; extra knowledge, extra laughs, extra enjoyment, whatever I feel like posting for the day. I likely won't post too often, being a busy college student and all, but I will do what I can. Enjoy!
